Our goal each year is to make the finest wines possible using fruit sourced from ultra-premium vineyards on the Central Coast of California. We strive to make wines with character, wines that evoke place of origin. Wines that we want to drink - and wines that we hope others will want to drink, too. All our wines are hand-crafted in small lots. Extended barrel ageing produces wines ready to drink upon release. Currently pouring Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Sta. Rita Hills AVA, Syrah from Ballard Canyon Syrah & Alisos Canyon AVAs, Happy Canyon Rosé of Grenache, Albariño, Sangiovese and Merlot."

We’re taking Wine & Fire On the Road this Spring 2026. We’re partnering with retailers in Southern California to host immersive one-day events that feature both a trade-focused tasting followed by a consumer tasting. Enjoy iconic wines from the Sta. Rita Hills alongside standout bites from local purveyors.

The animals stay out late and the wine flows at the Zoo’s annual Roar and Pour wine festival. Featuring tastings from 40+ local wineries and other beverage purveyors, tasty eats available for purchase from food trucks and Events by Rincon, music, train rides, giraffe feedings, and exclusive access to Zoo grounds after hours. Rain or shine. This event is for guests 21+ only.
