Tools I Use to Run Calabasas Lifestyle

Boomerangme: digital loyalty cards

If you run a cafe, salon, barbershop, boutique, studio or any business where customers come back, a digital loyalty card replaces the paper punch card. Customers add it to their phone wallet, and you stop losing cards in the laundry.

I promote Boomerangme because a loyalty card that lives in the customer's phone wallet is one of the simplest upgrades a local business can make.

Good fit if: your customers buy from you repeatedly. Skip it if: most of your business is one-time purchases.

GoHighLevel: CRM and follow-up automation

GoHighLevel keeps your leads, texts, emails and follow-ups in one place. It is built for agencies, consultants and service businesses that lose time (or leads) to spreadsheets and slow replies.

I run my own agency on GoHighLevel. It is where I keep my prospect lists, load new contacts from CSV files, and schedule my Instagram posts with its social planner. There is a learning curve, but once it is set up it saves real time every week.

Good fit if: you handle a steady stream of leads and follow-up is eating your week. Skip it if: you still need more customers coming in the door. Visibility comes first.

Merchynt: Google Business Profile tools

Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a local customer sees. Merchynt helps keep a profile active and complete. Check the current features and pricing on their site, since they change.

I used Merchynt through my agency, M Square Interactive.

Good fit if: your Google profile is thin, with few reviews, no posts or missing details. Skip it if: you want a promise of ranking. No tool can promise that.

Looking for visibility instead?

These tools help you run your business. If you want more people to find it, that is what Calabasas Lifestyle does: Spotlight stories, Local Send and the business directory. See how it works at partners.calabasaslifestyle.com.
